Essence of the Soul Shop offers handcrafted skincare and body care products.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.
